“Tinseltown” shimmers in this 1950s-80s Los Angeles area multi-sport treasure chest. Highlights are: (4) 1960-62 bobble heads: Blades minor league hockey blue square base (EX-MT), Dodgers orange wood base (VG), Lakers square green base (FR) and Rams blue wood base (VG); J. West signed (“8”) 1960s Type I 8x10 photo (VG-EX); E. Baylor signed (“8”) album page; B. Orr signed (“9”) 1984 Kings old-timers program (NM); 1960s Lakers pennant (NM); 1960 Dodgers photo pack (NM). The complete list of included items is as follows:

(4) 1960-62 bobble heads: 1) Blades minor league hockey blue square base (EX-MT) very appealing with handsome original details including red and gold “MIJ” sticker attached to the underside of the base, nice gloss, bold colors and excellent jersey lettering decal; 2) Dodgers orange wood base (VG) raised lettering on jersey, red and gold “MIJ” sticker attached to the underside of the base, cracks on chin and head opening edge, small chip on bill of cap, presents better than assigned technical grade attributed to cracks noted above; 3) Lakers square green base (FR) presents in much better condition than the assigned technical grade attributable to a 1 x 1/2” section absent from the back of the head at the bottom edge and a crack radiating 1-1/2” up from the absent section, these conditions are not apparent when viewing the item as it is facing forward, colors are strong gloss is excellent and jersey and base decals are above average, red and gold “MIJ” sticker is attached to the underside of the base, additionally there are hairline cracks radiating from the edge of the head opening and a small bit of color loss on one corner of the base; 4) Rams blue wood base (VG) with NFL emblem on top of the base at the corner next to the figure’s left foot, head tilts to the figures right hand side due to loose spring attachment to the neck, otherwise this piece would grade in the EX range, colors and gloss are attractive, raised jersey lettering is bold, red and gold “MIJ” sticker is attached to the underside of the base, there is a barely perceptible hairline crack on the blue area at the front of the left shoulder

1960s Lakers pennant (NM) overall very appealing with “players in action” appliqué, tassels attached, strong colors and graphics, no discernible pinholes
